Cancellation Policy
No subscriptions
EKAPASS has no subscriptions or recurring charges, so there is nothing that renews and nothing that needs cancelling on a schedule. Credit purchases are one-time, customer-initiated transactions.
Cancelling a purchase
If you wish to cancel a credit purchase before the credits have been used, write to [email protected] with your order reference. Cancellation of unused packs is treated under our Refund Policy.
Event cancellations
If your event is cancelled, credits already consumed for deliveries made are not reversible; remaining credits stay in your account for future events, or may be considered for refund under the Refund Policy.
