Refund Policy
Failed or duplicate payments
If a payment fails after being debited, or is accidentally made twice, the amount is refunded in full to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of our confirmation. Write to [email protected] with the payment reference if a failed debit does not auto-reverse.
Unused credits
Refunds of purchased-but-unused credits are considered case-by-case on written request from the purchasing organization. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Not refundable
- Credits already consumed by deliveries performed.
- Bonus or promotional credits granted free of charge.
