How pricing works
EKAPASS is sold to event organizers as prepaid usage credits. Credits are consumed as the platform performs work for your event — verified registrations, digital pass generation, and message deliveries (WhatsApp, SMS, email). The exact credit rates applicable to your account are always displayed inside your organizer dashboard before you purchase or send anything — there are never surprise charges.
Credit packs
Credit packs are small-value prepaid amounts sized to your event — from trial packs for intimate gatherings to larger packs for events with thousands of attendees. Pack options and a tailored quote are shared when you onboard: write to [email protected] with your event details.
All purchases are in INR with a GST invoice issued for every payment. Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
What we never charge
Attendees are never charged by EKAPASS. There are no subscriptions, no auto-debits, and no hidden fees — organizers buy credits when they choose, and use them at their own pace.
